Hi, I bough a vip bag and used it once in my journey and the bag got teared, when I took it to the shop where I bough, he was simply saying not covered under Warranty. how come they are giving 3 years warranty, that to international warranty, first of all the quality itself is not meeting/competing with the local brands and, simply labelling international warranty and cheating the customers a lot by pricing high, this is a kind looting peoples money.
